If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days to return your purchase. Returns are permitted for new, unused merchandise only. Please return the item in the exact condition it was shipped to you with your receipt, including all accessories, manuals, wrappings and all other original content. Item must still be sealed in original packaging. If there are any signs of wear, we will refuse the return. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. There is no restocking fee.

We accept all major credit cards via our secure checkout. For larger B2B orders requiring a commercial invoice and packing list, bank wire transfers are also available.

We provide lifetime installation guidance and application for all products sold. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us and our support will reply as soon as possible.

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location. For most countries, you can expect to receive the order within 5-10 days from date of shipment. Products that need custom configuration will take longer.

Our products are engineered and manufactured in Taiwan. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value. All products are shipped directly from Taiwan.

We offer a flat shipping rate of $30 per order, with free shipping on all orders of $250 or more. 

All Sematrol products are manufactured in Taiwan. International buyers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or local customs clearance fees.

U.S. buyers: Goods originating from Taiwan qualify for the United States Most Favored Nation (MFN) tariff rate. For all U.S. orders valued at $2,500 or less, Sematrol ships via express delivery with all tariffs fully prepaid, meaning you will not incur any additional customs charges upon delivery.
