Shipping policy

Processing TimeOrders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been handed off to our shipping carrier.

Shipping CarrierWe ship internationally via EMS (Express Mail Service) through Taiwan Chunghwa Post.

Shipping RatesWe offer a flat shipping rate of $30 per order, with free shipping on all orders of $250 or more.

Estimated Delivery Time

• Transit time: 4–5 business days after dispatch
• Total estimated delivery: 5-10 business days from order date, depending on your location and local customs clearance.

Signature RequiredAll parcels require a signature upon delivery. If no one is available to sign, the carrier will leave a notice with instructions for redelivery or pickup at your local post office. This measure is in place to prevent parcel loss and ensure your order reaches you safely.

Customs & Import DutiesInternational orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates.

U.S. BuyersGoods originating from Taiwan qualify for the United States Most Favored Nation (MFN) tariff rate. For all U.S. orders valued at $2,500 or less, Sematrol ships via express delivery with all tariffs fully prepaid, meaning you will not incur any additional customs charges upon delivery.

TrackingAll orders include tracking. Your tracking number will be sent via email once your shipment is on its way.
